Welcome to my shop; I am so grateful you are here!  “With Grace & Love” evolved when I began my mental health journey years ago.  I have struggled with debilitating migraines most of my life, so I began exploring mental health and the importance of self-care as part of my treatment plan. 

As I started my journey, I discovered that, like most humans, I can show grace and love to people around me, but I could not do the same for myself. After much hard work, I have come to understand the importance of starting and ending each day with grace and love, not only for the people around me but for myself, because I DO deserve this as well! The things I now do for my mental health and self-care include taking time for walks, enjoying nature, reading a good book, sewing, enjoying a good cup of hot tea, and anything else that feeds the mind and soul.

I hope that as you shop for someone special or a special event, you will also show yourself grace and love; buy yourself something special because you DO DESERVE IT!!!
